Chorus for caste-based census grows in Bihar. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar led a delegation of 11 members, comprising one each from political parties in the state met PM Narendra Modi at South Block in Delhi. Bihar's leader of opposition Tejashwi Yadav also accompanied Nitish. Tejashwi said Caste-Based Census will welfare people. It will help to make a special budget for them. Watch the video to know more.
