President addresses the nation on eve of Independence Day

Addressing the nation on the eve of Independence Day, President Ram Nath Kovind said the Covid-19 pandemic is not yet over and appealed to the people to follow Covid-appropriate behaviour. The President added that at present, the vaccine is the biggest protection that we have against Covid-19. The President also lauded the Indian players who created history in Tokyo Olympics 2020.
