Rajya Sabha ruckus sparks political furore

Stromy scences played out in the Rajya Sabha on Wednesday after the passage of the Constitition amendment bill. Opposition MPs tore papers and stromed into the well of the house shouting anti government slogans. They were prevented from going anywhere near the table of the House or chair by a wall of about 50 security staff. Watch the bulletin.
