Odisha Chief Secy & 5T Secy Face Protest In Bolangir As Nursing Staff Demand Reinstatement

Odisha Chief Secretary and the 5T Secretary faced massive protest of the nursing staff in Bolangir on Wednesday (August 4). Senior government officials had reportedly visited the district to review several developmental projects and the functioning of the Bhima Bhoi Medical College and Hospital. This is when the healthcare professionals including nursing staff staged a protest and shouted slogans against Chief Secretary Suresh Mohapatra and 5T Secretary VK Pandian. Water Resources Department secretary Anu Garg and National Health Mission (MHM) Director Shalini Pandit had also accompanied the team of officials.
