Person Witnesses Car Sinking Into Flooded Road And Driving Out Of It During Heavy Rainfall

This person was driving his car on a rainy day. Due to the bad weather, there was water overflow on one side of the road which caused some traffic. The person witnessed a car driving straight into the flooded side and almost sinking inside it. The car's driver rode it in the water to reach the safe side of the road, surprising the person.
