During his speech, PM Modi lauded Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath efforts for development in Kashi, PM Modi said, PM Modi also lauded the law and order situation in the state. "Law rules Uttar Pradesh today...those who cast an evil eye on our mothers and sister, they know they can't escape law," he said.
