Authorities probe video showing improper vaccination in Makati

The Makati government apologizes for what it says was a "human error" in an incident involving its COVID-19 vaccination program. In a video that had gone viral, a health care worker administering the vaccine, but failed to press the plunger of the syringe. The video has since been deleted.
