Tamil Nadu lifts Covid curbs, here's what's allowed & what's still off limit

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin announced several new graded relaxations from the Covid-19 lockdown conditions, including the reopening of shopping complexes and malls in Chennai and its surroundings (Category 3 districts) and the resumption of inter-district public transportation in 23 districts (Category2) beginning Monday. Simultaneously, he extended the ongoing Covid curfew until July 5. Additional relaxations have also been offered in 11 districts in western and central Tamil Nadu, where a stricter lockdown is currently in effect due to higher infection spread.
