Tejashwi Yadav jibes at Nitish Govt over flood in Bihar

Patna, the capital of Bihar, got worse in just 4 hours of rain. The VVIP areas of Patna witnessed water logging. The posh areas of the city were flooded with water. The situation became such that in a rain, even the bungalows of MLA and Deputy CM were seen submerged in water.
