Delhi Unlock-3: Malls, shops, restaurants to open from today

Unlock 3 will start in Delhi from today. Earlier malls, shops were opening on the basis of odd-even. But now all the shops will open from 10 am. The restaurant had a takeaway facility earlier, but now people will be able to eat here, but with 50 percent capacity. Religious places will open but devotees will not be allowed.
