What made Akhilesh Yadav took U-turn on vaccination?

Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav who earlier termed indigenous vaccine as a BJP vaccine and denied getting inoculated. When Akhilesh was making these statements, the vaccination campaign had not even been started in the country. Two indigenous vaccines, Covishield and Covaxin, were approved, but Akhilesh was doubting the vaccine with his statements. But today Akhilesh's statement has changed.
