Bihar: Ventilators lie unused from 9 months in hospitals

Health facilities in rural India have been completely collapsed. Twenty-five ventilator beds were found unused at a hospital in Bihar's Darbhanga district, but it is not being used even during this crisis. The ventilators were provided to the Darbhanga hospital 9 months back. Watch video.
