Announcing the six-day lockdown on Monday, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal had predicted that the increasing number of Corona patients could collapse Delhi's health system. That thing is now starting to appear true. There is no place in hospitals. patients are struggling with breath. Meanwhile, their family are wandering outside for oxygen cylinders and medicines.
