The COVID-19 case rate in Sunderland has dropped to its lowest level since August 2020.The low rate has been outlined by Sunderland's Executive Director of Public Health & Integrated Commissioning, Gerry Taylor.She has applauded residents for keeping to the lockdown, taking up their vaccine opportunities, but urged people not to drop their guard.
