Covid positivity rate exceeds 15% in 146 districts: HM

India reported over 2.95 lakh new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours, pushing the overall Covid-19 tally in the country to 1,56,16,130. With 2,023 more deaths in the last 24 hours, the nationwide toll has mounted to 1,82,553, the Union health ministry said Wednesday. Moreover, India's active caseload stands at 21,57,538 and total recoveries at 1,32,76,039. During the press briefing, Health Ministry said that there are 146 districts in the country where the positivity rate is more than 15% which is a matter of concern. Watch the video.
