Compared to Assam, voting and complaints high in Bengal

Voting for the first phase assembly election is going on in West Bengal and Assam. Voting is faster in Bengal than in Assam, the speed of complaints is also high here. TMC is repeatedly going to Election Commission and has also complained about the EVM hack.
