Param Bir Singh, former Mumbai commissioner of police has confirmed that he wrote the sensational letter to Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray. While speaking exclusively to India Today, Param Bir Singh said that the letter was sent to CM Uddhav Thackeray from his official E-mail Id.
