Ariz Khan, an Indian Mujahideen terrorist, was convicted of killing Inspector Mohan Sharma in the gunfight in south Delhi's Batla House locality in September 2008. The ruling by a Delhi Court has sparked a debate. BJP has launched a scathing attack on those leaders who questioned the encoun ter back then.
