Farooq Abdullah urges Centre to initiate talks with Pak

National Conference president Farooq Abdullah on Sunday appealed to the Central government to initiate dialogue with Pakistan in a bid to end terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir. Recalling former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee's remark, Abdullah stressed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government at the Centre must speak to its neighbouring country.
