Sebi Fines Mukesh Ambani ,Reliance Industries,Two Other Entities || Oneindia Telugu

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) penalised Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) and its chairman and managing director Mukesh Ambani as well as two other entities for their alleged role in carrying out manipulative trades in Reliance Petroleum Ltd (RPL) in 2007 #MukeshAmbani #Reliance #RIL #Reliance #SEBI #Mumbai రిలయన్స్‌ ఇండస్ట్రీస్‌ అధినేత ముకేశ్‌ అంబానీపై సెబీ రూ.15 కోట్ల జరిమానా విధించింది. ముకేశ్‌ అంబానీతో పాటు ఆయన సీఎమ్‌డీగా ఉన్న రిలయన్స్‌ ఇండస్ట్రీస్, మరో రెండు సంస్థలపై కూడా సెబీ జరిమానాలు వడ్డించింది. 2007, నవంబర్‌లో రిలయన్స్‌ పెట్రోలియమ్‌ లిమిటెడ్‌(ఆర్‌పీఎల్‌) షేర్ల ట్రేడింగ్‌లో అవకతవకలకు సంబంధించిన కేసులో ఈ మేరకు జరిమానాలను సెబీ విధించింది. రిలయన్స్‌ ఇండస్ట్రీస్‌ రూ.25 కోట్లు, నవీ ముంబై సెజ్‌ ప్రైవేట్‌ లిమిటెడ్‌ రూ.20 కోట్లు, ముంబై సెజ్‌ లిమిటెడ్‌ రూ.10 కోట్ల మేర జరిమానాలు చెల్లించాలని సెబీ శుక్రవారం ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసింది. ఈ తాజా సెబీ ఆదేశాలపై రిలయన్స్‌ ఇండస్ట్రీస్‌ ఇంకా స్పందించలేదు.
