Today is the turn of the people in Bihar. After nearly a month of political euphoria, the public has gone out to vote today. Voting has started on 78 assembly seats in 15 districts. In this phase a total of 2 crore 35 lakh 54 thousand 071 voters are deciding the fate of the candidates.
