Bihar polls: Ground report from Valmiki Nagar

As Bihar gears up for the second phase of polling on November 3, Aaj Tak reached the Valmiki Nagar assembly constituency in West Champaran. Along with the assembly election, by-polls are to be held for the Lok Sabha in Valmiki Nagar. This seat is a stronghold of NDA. From 1999 to 2019, NDA has won this seat.
