The campaign for Bihar assembly elections has started. Star campaigners of all parties are holding rallies and public meetings in different areas. In view of this, Bihar Police Headquarters has issued an alert to the SP of all the districts and the IG-DIG of all the ranges. A rally of many big leaders including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is to be held this week in Bihar.
