With a lot of different versions circulating over the alleged gangrape and death of the 20 year old hathras woman, with the upper caste men raising voice in support of the 4 accused, in the lastest development, AP Singh, the lawyer who fought the case of all convicts in the 2012 Nirbhaya case, will be defending the accused in the Hathras gangrape case. The Akhil Bharatiya Kshatriya Mahasabha, an upper caste body, has appointed AP Singh to defend the accused in the Hathras gangrape case.
