Bihar Assembly Elections 2020: Who is Chirag Paswan?

Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) chief and son of eminent Bihar leader Ram Vilas Paswan, Chirag Paswan is one of the emerging faces of Bihar politics. Born on October 31, 1982, Chirag is a prominent face in Bihar politics and fits the bill in giving a real challenge to CM Nitish Kumar. Given his ardent love for Bihar, he has even launched a campaign called 'Bihar First Bihari First’ as part of the Bihar Assembly Elections 2020, which aims at developing the state thoroughly. But do you know this young leader was once into Bollywood? And that’s why he ended up doing a film also Miley Naa Miley Hum in 2011 but the film tanked at the box office the rest is history. Off late, Chirag has been taking an active plunge in the state politics and has even written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to inform him about the political situation in Bihar which states that people are unhappy with the functioning of the state government and hence this can have an impact on the assembly poll results.
