Team India to host England in February 2021, confirms Sourav Ganguly

After IPL 13, India are currently scheduled to travel to Australia for three ODIs, to be played in October (11, 14 and 17), followed by a four-match Test series beginning December 3. The Border-Gavaskar Trophy will be followed by a three-match T20I series to be played in January (12, 15 and 17). BCCI president Sourav Ganguly has laid down the schedule for Indian cricketers for the coming one year, including the England bilateral series and IPL 2021. भारत अगले साल इंग्लैंड की मेजबानी करने वाला है. सौरव गांगुली ने स्पष्ट कर दिया है कि टीम इंडिया अगले साल फरवरी के महीने में इंग्लैंड के साथ सीरीज खेलेगी. तब टीम इंडिया ऑस्ट्रेलिया में घरेलू टेस्ट सीरीज खेलकर आ गयी होगी. साथ ही BCCI के अध्यक्ष सौरव गांगुली ने सभी राज्य संघों को आश्वासन दिया है कि जब COVID-19 महामारी के बीच स्थिति ठीक हो जाएगी. तब घरेलू क्रिकेट शुरू हो जाएगा. हालांकि गांगुली ने ये स्पष्ट नहीं किया कि सीजन कब से शुरू होगा. गौरतलब है कि क्रिकेट न होने की वजह से सारे राज्यों को काफी नुकसान उठाना पड़ रहा है. आमतौर पर जब घरेलू सीरीज खेली जाती थी. तो राज्य संघों को उससे कमाई भी होती थी. साथ ही सीजन से आर्थिक स्थिति भी सुधरती है.#TeamIndia #England #BCCI
