Dr M: Medical device industry is expected to impact positively on the Malaysian economy

Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said the medical device industry is expected to impact positively on the Malaysian economy. Speaking at the launch of the International Medical Device Conference, Malaysia Medical Device Expo 2019 and Medical Innovation Exhibition and Conference 2019 on Tuesday, he said all parties involved, from start-ups, mid-level entrepreneurs right up to the big players will play a role to drive the industry to the next level to make Malaysia as the international hub to source medical device.
