Guna: MP Congress forms panel to probe couple beating case

A couple in Guna district of Madhya Pradesh drank pesticides in front of police when a team of local administration bulldozed their crops in a bid to remove encroachment on government land. A purported video of the incident went viral on Wednesday. Opposition Congress in the BJP-ruled Madhya Pradesh on Thursday formed a seven-member committee to probe the alleged beating of a Dalit couple in Guna town of the state by the police. Watch video.
