Three policemen injured in an encounter with Vikas Dubey, Doctor says

Policemen Ramakant, Pankaj and Pradeep injured in an accident and encounter of Vikas Dubey. Doctor syas, two of the three policemen got out after touching the bullet. Blood pressure of all three policemen was down and has been CT scanned. Gangster Vikas Dubey, most wanted for 8 policemen murder, was shot dead in an early morning encounter.
