Vikas Dubey Encounter: Dead body sent for postmortem

Vikas Dubey has been killed in an encounter in Kanpur. The encounter between Vikas Dubey and the Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (STF) broke out when the gangster tried to escape upon reaching Kanpur.
