Kanpur Shootout: UP minister says, we arrested Vikas in 2017

It has been two days since Vikas Dubey is absconding. The Kanpur police team had gone to raid history-sheeter Vikas Dubey with around 60 criminal cases in his name. As the group of police personnel raided the Bikaru village in search of Vikas Dubey, the team was ambushed. Police have not got any clue of the most wanted criminal that killed 8 policemen. During the debate on this issue, Sunil Bharla, minister in UP cabinet said that police have arrested Vikas Dubey in 2017. Watch video.
