Orlando Bloom On Expecting His First Child With Katy Perry

Orlando Bloom is on cloud nine ever since Katy Perry broke the news of pregnancy to him. Recently, he expressed his excitement for his soon-to-be born daughter, “I am excited”, Orlando gushed. He further added, “It's a magical time when an angel pops into the planet, which is what it feels like.” Bloom then admitted that he has been happily anticipating for the arrival of the little one. He said, “Those quiet times at home, just you and the family and the little one, and nursing and just sort of being present and seeing where you can help and what you can do to nurture this little life into the world.” Orlando spilled that he is actually looking forward to those very late nights where he will probably be getting up and giving the baby the milk bottle when Katy takes some rest. He is also waiting to cradle the baby in his arms while she falls asleep. This year on Mother’s Day, Bloom penned down a heartfelt note for Katy, “Happy days to all the mums out there and to my marvelous mamma to be.” For the unversed, Orlando Bloom has a 9-year old son named Flynn from his previous marriage with Miranda Kerr. Bloom proposed Katy Perry last year on the occasion of Valentine’s Day soon after the Roar singer had finished off her duty of judging the American Idol. It was an instant yes from Katy and the couple has been going strong ever since.
