Aim and purpose of lockdowns have failed in India : Rahul Gandhi

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday criticised PM Modi and his government over the Covid-19 pandemic and said that the aim and purpose of lockdowns have failed in the country. Gandhi made the remarks while interacting with journalists via video conference.
