Nation Reporter: Congress MPs walk out of Rajya Sabha, protest PM Modi's jibe at Manmohan Singh

PM Narendra Modi, during his speech in Rajya Sabha, took a jibe at former PM Manmohan Singh and said ''no one knows the art of bathing inside bathroom wearing a raincoat better than Dr Manmohan Singh''. The Congress MPs however created a ruckus in the House against the jibe and walked out in protest.
