Gujarat Elections: Rahul Gandhi asks Congress members to not make controversial comments

Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi addressed a rally in Dakor and asked Congress members not to give any controversial comments. He also attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for not talking about development during his elections campaigns.
