Total number of coronavirus cases cross 90,000-mark in India, Maharashtra worst affected with over 30,000 cases

The total number of coronavirus cases touched 90,227 in India with 2,872 deaths, while Maharashtra remained the worst affected with the number of cases over 30,000 and 1,135 deaths. In view of the rising number of cases, the nationwide lockdown was extended again on Sunday till May 31.
