Congress manifesto for Lok Sabha polls: Focus on NYAY scheme

The Congress is will release its much-awaited manifesto for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections on Tuesday. The manifesto, which the party claims, is crowdsourced, will be released by Congress president Rahul Gandhi. The manifesto will feature the already announced NYAY scheme that provides a minimum income guarantee for poor families. According to the party sources, the Congress party may also announce a special scheme for women.
