Speaking to News Nation, former union minister and Congress contestant from Chandigarh has exuded the confidence of victory against sitting BJP MP Kirron Kher, saying the charisma of celebratory works only once. “Chandigarh which was earlier a number 1 clean city now it is lagging behind. Traders are suffering, ease of living is not seen in Chandigarh,” Bansal said. “My fight is against BJP’s contestant. There is no Modi wave and BJP will merely win 125 seats,” he added.
