The theme of this season is Chef’s Tasting Menu and for the very first episode Chef has created a special Coastal menu, selecting dishes from the coastal states of India. Chingrir Malai Curry from Kolkata, Nei Choru from Kerala, Sol Kadhi from Konkan and Elaneer Payasam from Tamil Nadu. And joining him in the kitchen is bass guitarist and vocalist Rahul Ram from the band Indian Ocean. They both love music and food and share stories about it.
