Dr Mahathir keeps mum as Bersatu, BN and PAS back Muhyiddin as PM8

Interim Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad refused to speak to reporters after attending the International Conference on the Question of Palestine at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre on Friday (Feb 28).36 Bersatu MPs, which include Datuk Seri Azmin Ali and 10 former PKR MPs, as well as 42 Barisan Nasional MPs and 18 PAS MPs have announced that they would be backing Bersatu president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin as Malaysia’s 8th prime minister.
