Nirbhaya Rape case: Supreme Court to hear curative petitions of 2 convicts days before hanging

The Supreme Court will hear curative petitions filed by two men convicted in the 2012 Nirbhaya gang-rape and murder case on Tuesday afternoon. A five-judge bench of the Supreme Court is scheduled to hear the curative petitions at 1:45 pm. The petitions have been filed by Vinay Sharma (26) and Mukesh Kumar (32), two of the four men currently on death row in the Nirbhaya gang-rape and murder case.
