Shooter writes letter with blood to Amit Shah, demands Nirbhaya case convicts be hanged by her

International shooter Vartika Singh wrote a letter to the Union Home Minister Amit Shah with her blood on December 14. In the letter, she stated that the four men who are convicted in Nirbhaya gang-rape case should be hanged by her. While speaking to media about the matter, Vartika said, "Hanging of the Nirbhaya case convicts should be done by me.
