Made using Indian Spices, this chicken fry goes brilliantly with Mint Chutney.Ingredients:(Serves 2)- 1 Kg Chicken- Salt- Black Pepper Powder- 2 tsp Coriander Seed Powder- 1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder- 2 1/2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste- 3 tbsp Cream - 2 tbsp Corn Flour- 1 1/2 tbsp Gram Flour- Coriander Leaves(chopped)- 1 Lemon Juice - OilMethod:1. Take chicken one by one; slightly gash it and keep it aside 2. Now, add salt, black pepper powder, coriander seed powder, cumin seed powder, garam masala powder, ginger-garlic paste, Cream, corn flour, gram flour, chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice over the chicken and mix it 3. Now, cover it and keep it aside for 2 hours 4. Fry these marinated chicken pieces in hot oil5. Once fried, Take out the chicken pieces and serve it
