Seoul is hosting its annual 'welcome week' for foreign tourists.Starting Friday,... the capital is offering discounts from about 190 partner companies that include dining, shopping, accommodation, exhibitions, performances and reservation services.To find out more, foreign tourists should visit seoulwelcomeweek-dot-com.You can also download a hard copy of what's called 'Seoul Welcome Week Online Card' to get discounts both online and offline.The event runs through next Sunday.
