EC to Defer Bypolls for 15 Karnataka Assembly Constituencies

Reacting to the EC's decision, former Karnataka Chief Minister and JD(S) leader HD Kumaraswamy called it a "demolition of democracy" and that it's the first time such a decision has been given by a constitutional authority.
