Indian Army Chief Bipin Rawat has urged soldiers to approach the senior leadership of the armed forces directly with their grievances.Rawat’s announcement – at a press conference on Friday – comes after a few soldiers voiced their complaints via videos that sparked outrage on social media, following which the Home Ministry launched a probe into the matter.“We are a strong army committed to nation-building and we ensure that we accomplish primary tasks in a professional manner.
