Kamala Harris Would Prosecute Trump if Elected President The California senator is one of many candidates vying for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination. Charges against the president would revolve around obstruction of justice concerning Robert Mueller's report. Mueller himself has noted there were 10 possible cases of obstruction during his special counsel's probe. In a new interview, Harris says the Department of Justice in her presidency wouldn't have an option.
