Next, cook it till the color of Ladyfinger is changed, then take it out in the plate. Next add more Ghee in the same Kadai and add Asafoetida, Fenugreek Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Green Chillies (chopped), Curry Leaves, Ginger (chopped), Garlic (chopped), Onion (chopped), Tomato (chopped), Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Water, Coriander Powder, Cumin Seed Powder, Coriander Leaves (chopped)mix it all together properly then add Gram Flour, Curd, Water mix in the curd bowl. Next add Lady Finger (Bhindi), Garam Masala Powder, Coriander Leaves (chopped).Next, let it cook for 2-3 minutes and then take it out in a serving bowl and your Dahi Bhindi is ready to serve.
