Foreign ministers of Seoul, Tokyo to meet in Paris to discuss range of issues

South Korean Foreign Minister Kang Kyung wha will meet one on one in the coming hours with her Japanese counterpart Taro Kono. Seoul's foreign ministry says the two ministers, who are in Paris for a ministerial council meeting of the OECD, will sit down Thursday afternoon local time, to discuss a range of issues. The meeting comes just days after Japan demanded the establishment of an arbitration panel involving a third country to resolve the wartime forced labor row between Seoul and Tokyo.Regarding Tokyo's demand,... an official from Seoul's foreign ministry said the ministry will review the matter while carefully considering all related issues.
