Cross-dressing in Hanbok should also qualify for free admission to palaces: Official

The government says this rule upholds the tradition of wearing Hanbok the right way.Some civil groups disagree, saying this dress code discriminates against those who wish to cross-dress.The National Human Rights Commission of Korea has urged the government to revise the rule.
